The estate is CONVENIENTLY located just 20 minutes from Charlottesville and 10 minutes from Keswick.
We offer large pastures that include automatic wateres on all of the 100 acres. The tree lines provide a cool canopy of shade in the hot Virginia summer days. All boarders have acess to wide maintained trails for leisure and exploring on horseback. built to exercise your horse or for a light stroll our trails vary in terrain, such as pastures, ponds, creek and meadows.
1. Full Boarding: $400/ month for <12x12 & 12 stall; sawdust and rubber floor bedding included, daily turnout, daily feeding include grain & hay, washing, large tack room space for saddle & tack,
green and super lush pastures
